With Padlet, you can create a page for student feedback for either an assignment or for collaborative writing.  Each page contains one question and students write their response to the wall as if they were adding a post-it.  They can see each others' answers so it is not ideal for a quiz.  But it is great for obtaining their thoughts, ideas, and higher order thinking skills.

The teacher must have an account, but the students do not.  Students can use the QR code to access the page, or just type in the address you chose. This makes it easier for the students to get involved.  All they need to do is go to the web page, double click on a blank spot and begin typing.  They can access it at any time once they know the page address.  It works at the students' pace.

Pros

+ students do not need to download an app or set up an account

+ very user-friendly

+ students can see each other's answers

Cons

- since students don't have to have an account, you have to trust them to enter their name correctly

- students can see each other's answers (don't use for quizzes)

I used Padlet to do a quick survey with my students to find out if the flipped lesson was helpful to them.  I don't recommend it for a warmup or exit ticket since they can see each other's answers.
